This project comprised demolition works ready to take a large extension—approximately 40% of the original building—followed by a comprehensive renovation to create a refined, high-quality family home in West Sussex.

The works included a full upgrade of all building services, with new electrical and plumbing installations throughout, alongside the introduction of underfloor heating to provide modern comfort while maintaining the property’s traditional character. Internally, the home was reconfigured and finished to an exceptional standard, featuring a bespoke high-end kitchen, beautifully detailed bathrooms, and a handcrafted oak staircase that became a focal point of the interior.
