This project involved the complete rebuild and significant expansion of a single-storey commercial unit, incorporating a new structural steel frame that doubled the overall floor area. The building was delivered as a fully finished, turnkey facility, ready for immediate occupation by the new tenant. The works included a new warehouse area, completely new mechanical and electrical services throughout, together with all associated internal finishes, fixtures and infrastructure required to create a modern, efficient and high-quality commercial space.
