This project involved the construction of a compact flat-roof extension in Botley, creating a seamless link between the existing swimming pool, a new games room, and the main house. The works significantly improved flow and usability within the property while maintaining a contemporary finish.

To the rear, we designed and installed a large steel-framed balcony, complete with composite decking and glass balustrades, providing a modern outdoor space with uninterrupted views and a strong architectural presence.
